Terms of Service

Ausmalwelt provides a platform for viewing, downloading, coloring online, and printing AI-generated coloring pages. The service offers a free tier and paid Plus/Pro subscriptions with extended features. Certain features, including the AI image generator, are still in development and will be made available at a later date.

During the current beta phase, all registered users receive free access to Plus features until October 31, 2026. No credit card is required and there is no automatic renewal. Registered users will be notified by email at least four weeks before the beta phase ends.

Paid subscriptions are processed via Stripe. All prices include VAT. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the end of the billing period. New subscriptions may start with a 7-day free trial; after the trial, the regular fee applies unless cancelled.

Coloring pages on Ausmalwelt are provided as CC0 (Public Domain). You may use, copy, and share them for personal and commercial purposes. Reselling the images as a standalone image database without prior permission is not permitted. AI-generated content created through the generator belongs entirely to the user.

Generating content that infringes trademarks or copyrights (e.g. Disney, Marvel), generating inappropriate content, automated scraping without permission, and reselling account access are strictly prohibited.
