This website collects and processes personal data only to the technically necessary extent. No advertising is served and no user accounts are used. No cookies are set. Page views and load times are measured using the privacy friendly services Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights (see sections 7 and 8).

3. Hosting by Vercel

This website is hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA. When the website is accessed, the following data is processed by Vercel for technical reasons:

• IP address of the requesting device
• Date and time of the request
• Requested URL
• Amount of data transferred
• Browser and operating system (user agent)

This data is processed exclusively for the provision and security of the service (Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR). Processing in the USA takes place on the basis of the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC, Module 2) and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, under which Vercel is certified. 4. Image delivery via Cloudflare

The coloring images shown on this website are delivered through the content delivery network (CDN) of Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. When an image is requested, your IP address is transmitted to Cloudflare for technical reasons. Cloudflare does not set any cookies in this process.

The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in the efficient delivery of content). Data transfer to the USA takes place on the basis of the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, under which Cloudflare is certified. 5. No cookies

This website does not set any cookies. No technically necessary, functional or tracking cookies are used.

6. Online coloring feature

The browser based coloring feature on this website runs entirely locally on your device. No drawing data is transmitted to external servers.

To preserve your coloring progress, the app stores the current state of the image in your browser's local storage. This storage is not a cookie and remains exclusively on your device. The data is automatically deleted after 30 days and can be removed at any time via your browser settings (clear site data) or the reset function inside the app.

The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in the user friendly provision of the feature).

7. Vercel Web Analytics

This website uses Vercel Web Analytics, a privacy friendly analytics service provided by Vercel Inc. (address see section 3). The service uses no cookies and stores no IP addresses. To distinguish sessions, a temporary hash is generated that is automatically discarded after 24 hours. Only aggregated statistics are produced (visited pages, approximate location at country level, device type, browser).

8. Vercel Speed Insights

This website uses Vercel Speed Insights to measure performance metrics, provided by Vercel Inc. (address see section 3). The service uses no cookies and records only technical load time metrics as well as device type, approximate location (country) and requested URL.

This website uses Pinterest to automatically publish coloring image pins on the Ausmalwelt Pinterest profile. The service is operated by Pinterest Ireland Limited, 2 Cumberland Place, Fenian Street, Dublin 2, Ireland, for users in the European Economic Area.

No personal user data is transmitted to Pinterest. The service is used exclusively server side to publish content created by us (coloring image pins) on our Pinterest account. Processing of data from website visitors does not take place.
