Mushrooms in the Forest

For the woodland mushrooms, use bright red tones and vibrant orange for the caps – combine red and yellow shades for realistic fly agarics. Create the forest floor with various shades of brown, green, and gray for leaves and soil. The moss looks beautiful with multiple green shades – combine light yellow-green with darker evergreen for a lively effect. The fine leaf veins and moss fibers can be beautifully highlighted with fine markers or colored pencil hatching. Leave small white spots on the mushroom caps.
